Welcome to Wilk's Junk Service! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Wilk's Junk Service. We provide professional junk removal, hauling, and site clean-up services (the "Services"). By using our website or booking our Services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - SERVICE BOOKING

By booking our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You agree to provide accurate information, including the service address and a valid phone number (864-266-5469), so we can coordinate your hauling project.

SECTION 2 - SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS & ON-SITE QUOTES

We strive for accuracy in our service descriptions. However, on-site quotes may vary from online or phone estimates based on the actual volume, weight, and type of materials to be removed. We reserve the right to refuse the removal of certain materials (such as hazardous waste or specialized chemicals) at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - CANCELLATIONS & FINAL SALES

Since we provide labor-based hauling services rather than physical products, all sales are final once the service has been performed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival window.

SECTION 4 - SERVICE PERFORMANCE & LIABILITY

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or equipment failure. While we take every precaution to protect your property during removal, Wilk's Junk Service is not responsible for minor wear to driveways or lawns caused by the weight of hauling vehicles or the nature of removing heavy debris.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the Wilk's Junk Service name, logo, and project photos, are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
