Rates are based on the space your load fills in our truck, with added labor only when extra time is needed (stairs, disassembly, long carries). You’ll see the final price before we begin.

Often, yes. Early calls open more arrival windows, and we’ll offer the soonest slot available.
Do you handle carry-out service or just curbside?
Both. Choose contact-free curbside, or have us remove items from any room, attic, basement, garage, or shed—and we’ll sweep up.
What will you take—and what’s off-limits?
We haul household clutter, furniture, appliances, yard debris, and light renovation scraps. We can’t accept hazardous materials (fuel, chemicals, wet paint, asbestos).
Is a single bulky item okay (couch, fridge, treadmill)?
Absolutely. One-off pickups are quick and quoted upfront.
Do you help with apartment turnovers or estate cleanouts?
Yes. We do a brief walkthrough (virtual or onsite), outline the plan, and provide a clear, written estimate.
Can you manage tight spaces, stairs, or long walks?
Yes—we plan the crew and equipment for your layout. If extra time is needed, we include it in your quote before starting.
Do you recycle or donate?
When feasible, reusable items go to local donation partners and recyclables are separated to reduce landfill use.
Do you take TVs, computers, or tires?
We can remove them and route them through proper recycling/disposal per county guidelines.
How should I get ready for pickup?
Mark what’s staying vs. going, clear a small path if you can, and secure pets. No need to drag items outside.
What payments do you accept?
Major cards, cash, and common mobile wallets—processed after the job is finished.
What if I need to cancel or shift my time?
Give us at least 24 hours’ notice; short-notice changes may include a small route adjustment fee.
